MINUTES OF SELECTMEN MEETING – January 30, 2012 5:00 PM
Selectmen Present: Eric R. Munson, Jr., Steven DellaGiustina and Thomas Paine
Also Present: Susan Voudren
Susan Voudren, Town Clerk stated that paperwork must be submitted to the state and an inspection has to take place before the Public Safety Complex can be used as a polling location.
The “Conflicts of Interest” test is being delayed with the Commonwealth. The test will be taken by all Tolland Officials and anyone that is appointed by the Board of Selectmen.
The board discussed bids for cabinets that will be installed at the Public Safety Complex.
Custom Cabinets (not to include the Police Dept.) $6,625.00
Counter Tops (including Police Dept.) $1,547.78
The Board of Selectmen made some adjustments, voted and accepted a final bid of $8,172.78
Meeting was adjourned to the Public Safety Complex to verify measurement (6:30PM).
Meeting adjourned at 7:00PM
